During a routine comprehensive eye exam, our doctors may want to perform a visual field test to asses the full horizontal and vertical range and sensitivity of your vision. Visual field tests are used to detect low vision or blind spots in your vision, which can help detect eye diseases.
This test can help detect optic nerve damage caused by glaucoma and other visual defects.
